I’ve had people call me up [when I’m on the radio] and say ‘Well, I don’t vote…’ I say, ‘Okay, let’s have the next caller.’ They say ‘Why don’t you want to listen to me?’ I say ‘Well, if I was a butcher, and you came into the store and announced that you were a vegetarian, how much attention do you think I would pay you? You just told me that what I do is irrelevant to you. So that’s mutual.’
